Pre-Taste Restaurant was born from the friendship and shared dreams of 16 senior high school classmates. What started as simple snack sales during school events grew into a passion for creating innovative Filipino appetizers.
During our time together, we worked on countless food projects, shared meals during breaks, and dreamed of someday opening our own food business. Some of us pursued culinary programs, others studied design and marketing, but we all stayed connected by our love for Filipino food and our commitment to each other.
After graduation, we combined our unique skills—from cooking and plating to branding and customer service—to create Pre-Taste. Today, we proudly serve appetizers made with effort, care, and genuine love for good food, staying true to the dream we built together in high school.
